What travelers say:
The environment is elegant and exquisite, from tatami, hand-painted murals to dining utensils, all are carefully designed. The more distinctive ones are the bluefin tuna jaw and the live sea bream sashimi (actually a bit cruel, I couldn't eat half of it...). The raw tender beef uses Australian S-grade beef, which is slightly roasted on the surface and has a fresh and chewy taste. Ikko's secret sushi rice is also one of the recommended dishes. It uses no less than 6 kinds of seafood and 6 kinds of vegetables to cook with sushi rice, and the taste is rich. The soba cold noodles are very authentic, the sauce is well-seasoned, and it is served in an ice bowl. It is cool and refreshing, and it is perfect for summer!
